I did most of the repeats about 1:45 last week, so I wanted to duck down a little more, but I did this workout by myself, because Boucher wasn't feeling good enough to run, and the other "lead group" wanted to go at 1:45's, so I was working alone to try and go 1:42-1:43 every shot, so it was difficult,
