Notes
Ran long today because I'm planning on heading to Uncle Joe's tomorrow, and now I can run a fartlek on Monday with 2 days of recovery before the race. This morning I wasn't feeling great, and got myself going by telling myself to take it slow, and if I wasn't feeling it I could just run to the end of Stonehouse Hill, and come back after 10. I think this was worth getting done though. Ever since coming home from work Friday I've felt pretty flat mentally. I think part of that is work was pretty slow all week, so it felt like I was dragging, and I don't feel like I got anything done. The other part is waiting/anticipation.
