Stole this workout from Lane, pretty happy about it with this being the first time trying it. The 5:30 pace seems to be about right for the 3k (about 10:18) unfortunately the second repeat was too slow, so I cut it short, hopefully next week, I'll run this again and get two 3k repeats in, both under 10:30 at least.
Yes it is a mileage chaser at the end there, but it did help out, with two solid hills so I got a little something out of it. Long run tomorrow whoop!
