6 mile workout, at 5k date for the 1000's (5:20) and 5k goal (5:10) for the 600's. Very doable workout, high quality, and it leaves me very confident for my 3k Saturday. I was expecting some ill effects from the weekend, when my training was limited to maybe 2 hours in the pool over two days, but this felt fine. I think if I tried this workout earlier in the day, I would have fought harder for a sub 2 and sub 3:25 on the third 600 and fourth 1000
