idea is that it's kind of a race simulation, get out strong, settle, feel some fatigue, then hammer back at the end. Was a good workout, felt good, Dom, Shane, Lucas, and I were rolling pretty well.
We've got an outside shot at beating Coast Guard this weekend. We all need to hit, I need to fly like I know I can, and hopefully bring someone with me. Ever since UMD, I've been out of focus/not performing well for whatever reasons. This needs to end now.
