Notes
Nice run today. Yesterday was quick, and today, I just focused on staying relaxed, letting the muscle memory from yesterday guide the pace and not driving up Nelson Place, and just enjoying the run, and the pace was right where I wanted it. There was something going on by Assumption, it was crawling with bbq's and people, some kind of Armenian festival I think? I also felt like with Lane out of Worcester now, the porta-potty down by the track was feeling a little lonely, and I really had to poop.
We've had solid weather the past couple of days, and it should continue through next week! Gotta take advantage of this!
