Beautiful weather.

Felt pretty good running back home, ran a small loop around the complex to get to 10 for the day, then went straight to the gym for some PT work, single leg deadlifts, switches, and tried some step ups (the step ups don't seem to help the hamstring much, more of a quad exercise).
