KaBOOM!!!! Mother Nature, can you please pretty please save this weather and have this November 2? PLEASE!!!
Ran the first bit easy, ran a nice progression aided by the downhill, then dialed back the last 3 miles for a bit of a cd (I was also just pretty gassed at that point, not the greatest dinner last night before a long run).
Needed this confidence boost after the past couple weeks. This progression doesn't look too impressive, but it's 2 days after the good workout Friday night. This'll probably be the longest I go, next week will probably be 18, and that's the last long day before show time.
Of course, last year I was dealing with my foot and knee 4 and 5 weeks out from the half. I'm in the exact same spot as last year, except in better shape. This will all come together in the end.
