Notes

Wasn't feeling good Sunday night, so I napped 8-10pm, at dinner, then went to bed at 10:30, woke up at 4 to birds chirping, closed the window, woke up at 5:45 rested, and decided I'd get a run in before work. Nice and peaceful, didn't feel to bad after the race, just slow because it's early.
