Notes

Pick things up and put them down. Added the 2nd day of lifting and played 90 minutes of volleyball yesterday. This work will keep me balanced.

Will need to add core in sometime too, I think that's a todo for next season.

Next week will be a lighter session on Monday, and no 2nd session.
