Felt sore warming up, and this was my 3rd straight hard day, after the hills and the MLR relatively late last night. I was looking forward to this workout since I got the spreadsheet and I'm relatively pleased with how consistent I was. Since this was a 1.2 mile road loop, I didn't have any splits until half a mile in, which made it harder, but I actually ran the end of each repeat faster than the previous one.
