First run back after 3 days in the pool, wanted to run 3x5k, something like 18:45, ~18:20, ~18:00, but I was working pretty hard for that first interval to hit 19. It was hot and humid, at least relative to what it's been, and my legs didn't have any snap in them when I was running strides before the workout, so I figured it was a good idea to cut this short. Still a good tempo stimulus, and got 9 good miles out of it. hopefully today and tomorrow will feel a bit better, and on Sunday I can go for a big run.
