Far Side

Notes

Well, plan was to run this fast since I only ran one light workout this week. But then I had the great idea to run Far Side, so I canned the fast idea. Very nice long run though, nice and cool out, and my body felt surprisingly good given the relatively long streak, the elevated mileage this week, and the lifting yesterday. Coming down the hills was fun, I just wish I knew some better mile marks early in the run (I thought once I was on Marshall St I'd be close to 9 miles) so that I didn't feel like it was taking forever to get down.

Also found a disc golf course on Marshall St, idk if I'll ever take advantage of this information but it's here.Now it's time for Kimball's farm, and 4 hours of VBall frisbee batting and throwing :P.
