Notes
Didn't really want to get out and run today, at work today I carried about 10 large tables and about 10 75lb computer desks upstairs, which is kind of like a strength workout. When I got home I took a nap, and told my mom to wake me up at 4, when that came I didn't want to get up. Maybe tonight I'll turn in very early and get some sleep, at least this workout got done, and I felt like it did something.
