Notes

Long workout like it seemed. Didn't finish it, just didn't have anything left at the end, and I probably hurt my rhythm by taking the water break. I did push myself for what I did get. Unfortunately yesterday was off because I couldn't keep food down all day, and I probably felt the poor fueling (and poor hydration) this morning. Plan is to get the Q1 workout in Sunday.
