new speed hills on a new hill, I was going into this workout blind so it took a while (read 4 repeats) to realize that I was pushing myself more than the workout warented, so I shortened up the hill I was running. Resevoir Rd doesn't have a leveling off area in the middle of the hill like we normally had, so I guess that made it more difficult, and I attacked this more as a speed workout, so I think I bit off a little more than I could handle, because I thought I was supposed to be going faster. That being said, I also was dealing with crap conditions, sandy uphill because we got 18" of snow so I was slipping a lot, and the hill I settled on was probably a little short, 50 rather than 60 seconds, next week should be better as a workout.
