I was surprised at how well this workout went. I showed up at 4:30 because my plane was delayed at JFK for 2 hours, and all I had to eat was some oatmeal, a cinnabon in Charlotte, and McDonalds at South Station (2:20). Between the McD's and the dehydration from flying all day, I was expecting to blow up, warming up, I didn't think it was unreasonable to puke after the 600, but during the intervals, my stomach felt better, and it only bothered me on the recoveries. idk what happened on the first 1000, it just felt sluggish, came through the 400 in 87, but I focused and cut down the last three.
