...and after yesterday's debacle, somehow today I found myself at 27:31 for almost 4-miles, not consciously working hard, into a monstrous headwind, with my right calf bothering me. I stopped to stretch it out, and kept up the effort, and I put in a very nice long run.
Longest effort since 10/3, that's four very solid days of training this week, I'm looking forward to getting back up to WPI, putting in a couple more workouts, then seeing where my baseline is next Saturday at Springfield
