Notes

Good solid run to start the New Year. Felt pretty sore and tired after the past 4 days. Hopefully chasing that bunny to 3k this year. I realized during this run how my November-March training could follow my July-October training. I'm hoping this time I don't have to drop 2 weeks in February, and we'll see how New Bedford goes.
