Notes
Since I didn't run the workout last night, and I was feeling better today, I decided to make this a bit of a progression run. ~ every 5 minutes once I got to Salisbury, I tried to consciously pick it up, but idk how consistent I was overall, a Garmin might help, but I feel like that would just make me think too much. I thought the last bit was a little faster than it was, but since I haven't run any specific workouts, my feel for pace is a bit off.
