Solid workout given that I still haven't felt good since this past Saturday. Had a scratchy throat today that I'm keeping tabs on, if I play my cards right, it shouldn't affect me for more than a few days. For some reason, my stomach was bothering me during the start of my cool down, but that passed.
goal paces was 5:35-5:40, so a little quicker than I was hitting, but I got a solid cut down (I got about 10 seconds farther each repeat)
