Sooooo, I lied, realized what a bad idea stopping now was Sunday morning,

ran coaches solo after talking to coach, we talked about relaxing my personal goals, and seeing how that works at Tufts, I may just wear down and beat myself up too much in preparation if I have hard time goals for myself. The run felt pretty good, especially after aquajogging and some intense pool knockout last night.
