Best long run I've had in a while. I felt like I didn't work hard enough in the tempo yesterday, so I was amped up to go fast today, and I didn't really want everyone to be waiting for me to get back for half an hour, so I got started before everyone else and really got out. It felt very good, except a couple times my right calf tightened up a bit on the return trip with the main pack. I'm glad I didn't try to get this in tomorrow, so I don't have 3 hard workouts in a row.
