Notes

No watch, running in the rain.

Ran Hoe Farms wu, then the workout was 3(minutes) on 2 off, 4 on 3 off, 5 on 3 off, 5 on 3 off, 4 on 2 off, 3 on @"5k" pace.

My best workout of the season to this point. Mentally, I relaxed away from the front, and since I didn't have a watch, I just let them pull me along until the interval was over. I fell down on the 2nd 5, cutting around that tree in the corner of the park by the lake and Salisbury Estates, I finished the workout fine, and I'm hoping it won't impact me too much in the coming days.
