Guess on distance and time, I realized about 35 minutes in that my watch had lost ~5 minutes. I got on the other side of the Yarra, and ran on some dirt sidewalks around some botanical gardens. There were a lot of people out there for 9:00 on a Monday holiday, which was nice, and near the end of my run out there, someone passed me so I wasn't the big fish, which was also nice.
Then I got in some solid core and bi's with Nick afterwards, I'm hoping I can get core in 4-5 times a week at least, and run about the same amount for the next 2 weeks. I got up at 8, and felt ready to go, which is good considering I want to get to work tomorrow, I may get up ~7, run, then shower and get off to work at 9.
