Notes
Decided since I was at the track I wanted to run some relaxed 200's as I was warming up, I figured 4 would be a good number, run them starting at 45 then work down to 40 or so. So of course the first one I get pulled by a group and run a 38 high. During the first recovery my hamstring was feeling a little iffy, but then I ran #2 in control, and after that the workout came together nicely. This was a good pace to workout at because when my form is good and my legs are underneath me, I feel like I'm gliding, and when I slip out I notice the difference quickly.
Good return to the track. This all might work out.
