Workout at Reggie, 3x8@3k, 5x4@mile, 3x150@800 (I just went fast)
Pretty good workout, ran with some new guys, the last 400 was pretty hard, but a good sign that I can hit that, and the 150's were quick. On the 150s, Greg told me to drive my knees more, and I felt my form collapsing coming off the turn, I could usually recover it in the final straight...
Might race a mile and double back in an 800 this weekend, see how that goes.
