Solid workout. Its been raining for the past two days, so my ideal workout of 3x 2+laps of Elm park, then jog to the track for the 300m was shot down because a significant low lying stretch of the Elm park loop was under water. So I ran a ~2k loop that I had mapped out because I didn't really expect to be able to use the park. Then for the 300m, I just ran back towards campus, and ran it as a hard fartlek, ~1:00 on 1:30 off. The later intervals probably weren't as quick as I or coach wanted them, but I was soaked through and didn't have anything to go by except feel, which is probably a good thing to get used too.
