4x3200 @ half pace. Rod assigned 1200's, but I want to start lengthening out the Tuesday workouts. Ran this solo, and I'm very happy with it. On the 3rd rep, I checked my pace at 400, said I wanted to hit 4:21 at 1200, and did it without looking at my watch in between, which was pretty sweet.
