Good GBTC long run from Cleveland Circle, Ryan Wooley, Erik, Tommy, Jeff, Rob, and Nick.
Lots of other groups out there too. I felt pretty good, when we got to the Firehouse and started coming back, the first hill felt a little hard, but rather than back off, today I started to push the pace and got into a groove.
I feel good after 49 miles this week. Need to stay smart and keep the maintenance work in the routine.
