Everything today was much harder than last Tuesday. Took 80 minutes to get to practice, rushed my warmup a bit, came in dehydrated, 80 miles last week, Saturday race, Sunday long run...

Need to work on the hydration. Everything else should take care of itself. Though I kicked something to the side, and my right hamstring is a little twingy right now.
