Ran up to the rail trails from the Wolves 10k, ran a bit of that, got back to the B&G club for volleyball, then ran back to work. 2.5 hour lunch, and now I'm finally eating.
I don't think these Pure Cadence are the right shoes for me, my feet tend to hurt in them until ~3 miles, then it usually goes away... also doesn't help that I did something to my right foot (I think hyperextended it some how? But it isn't the ankle) and now my right foot near my 3rd and 4th toes is tender.
