Notes

Really short workout, 4x30s (like a start of a race) w/minute recovery, 2 minute recovery, 3x2minutes (@5k pace) w/1.5 minute recovery, 2 minutes recovery, and 4x30s (like a start of a race) w/minute rest. Idk what race we were starting for the 30s repeats, and I don't know which 5k we were racing, but it felt good.

Coach said that he gave the shorter workout because he thought people got after it a little harder than he intended us to on Tuesday, so he didn't want to go hard again today, just fast, hence the only 10 minutes of fast stuff. I was kind of annoyed because I backed out of a 7th repeat Tuesday so I wasn't dead for a hard workout Thursday (I knew I was pushing really good, and probably harder than prescribed on Tuesday), but I just went for a 5 mile Long Lake cd (39:50)
