Ouch, just zero bounce in the legs. PT in the morning probably sucked a bunch out, and I was running in old shoes that have no bounce left because I forgot fresher shoes at home...

At least my glute felt sore, not hurting during the run. That's progress. And I barely thought about my ankle all run which was good.
