Good long run, I ate about an hour before leaving, and an hour in, I definitely felt an energy spike, I also had a pack of fruit snacks about 8 miles, got a good progression coming down the hill, but when I got to Tatnuck Square I needed to wait for a light, and I was feeling the dehydration, so I took it easy coming back.
I need to figure out a way to get water during my run. was 6-8 lbs lighter when I got back to the apartment.
