Supposed to be 40 minutes at 5:55 pace. just kind of blew that one up, nbd though, that's one bad workout out of 5, and the first 3 laps were still pretty good. I kind of knew that yesterday's run was a little overzealous, but I'm not training for this weekend, training for down the line, so I still need to put that long work in to be good. I'm targeting the 5k at Springfield in 2.5 weeks, I'm planning on cutting back that week so I can see what I can do.
