2x 3,2,1, 2x 2,1,30s (all time intervals) @ 5mile pace for the first sets, "5k" pace for the short sets. Legs were feeling good, got decent sleep last night (for a finals week) I need to wait for Hunter to log this so that I can get accurate time... I need a new watch finally.
