Baller workout, I knew it was 1500's coming in, didn't know how many. Coach said 5, and broke out the groups, he put Shane, Pat and I on the front of the second group rather than the back of the 1st group, said to go 5:00 for 1500. I led the first two, first one was locked in, 2nd was pretty locked in too. Then Pat lead the first half of the 3rd one, I took a mental break, and then closed in 76... which kind of sucked especially since I had two more to go. At 300m of the 4th one, Coach said that it was gonna be uncomfortable, and told us to just drive through it. On the last one, Shane lead it out the first 500, Coach said it was time to go with 1000m to go, that it was time to make a move, I went to the front, and just kept pushing, harder and harder, afraid I was gonna die, but I stayed strong and burned the last lap. (Shane Pat and Hunter all ran 4:52 for the last one)
