Warm up with GB guys, cooldown with NBB guys, GPS missed a bit at the beginning of wu and cd, because I was caught a bit by surprise both times.

Would have liked more miles on the day but whatever, just need to make sure I get 8+ miles in for easy runs this week and I'll be alright.
