My left calf cramped at 6am and woke me up this morning, so that was sore all day. I guess the good thing is it wasn't my right calf? Wore a calf sleeve to support it all day, which I think helped. Right hamstring felt good today so I wanted to try a run and roll, do some bridges afterwards. Kept the sleeve on the calf, and the run went pretty good. Hamstring held up pretty well. Afterwards, single leg bridges were a little too much so I stuck with two legs.
