Good workout, that 2:36 is going to bug me for a bit. The workout was 800m at 5k goal, and 400m recovery at 70% of that, which I just called 6:40 pace. It seems like I was the only one who was happy about their workout today, the mid-distance workout was hard (4x1000 at mile goal with 90s rest for the first track workout of the season) and the rest of the long distance guys seem to be battling their heads too much.
