Ok, I guess these are crossing the line from form/strides into actual workouts...
6x600m, hit the target 1:57/8, which I was happy with coming off the sickness this weekend.
At An Ras Mor, I'll be ok with any race where I finish strong. Obviously depending on weather, 17:30 would be ok, 17 would be good, but I'm not sure if 16:40 is out of the question when I'm healthy and with people. That would be a huge confidence boost going into the 10ks later.
