Health: Right foot Previous Next

Training's been going well, but the last 3/4 days when I've been walking around, the middle of my right foot (just next to the ball of my foot, by my 3rd toe) has felt a bit sore. I would have tried icing all weekend, but we didn't have power, so no ice.

Based off of the training the past couple weeks, my amateur worst case scenario self diagnosis (don't try this at home kids) is some kind of stress reaction because I've been putting in over an hour a day running, most of it on roads and sidewalks, with one stretch of 6 10+ mile runs in 8 days.

Today I'll try biking after work, and Tuesday will probably be in the pool (or bike depends on trivia). If it feels ok Wednesday I'll run the workout, and spend Thursday in the pool. If it's still not good Wednesday I'll scratch the workout.

Yesterday's race tells me I'm in a good spot training wise, so I can spend the time now getting healthy.
