Prescribed 3 mile tempo @10 mile effort, 4x200m @ "5k" 2 mile tempo @10 mile effort.
Good group for the workout, I led most of the first tempo, 4800m in 16:50, was in a pretty good groove. Ran the 200's since no one else was running the "marathon" version with 400's which surprised me a bit. I was dreading the 2 miles at the end, and I was running the same pace as the first 3, a bunch of the others picked it up, and after a mile I just decided to stick it out for 1.5 miles, which felt a little close to the edge.
