Notes
Well, normally I would have waited and ran later, my right foot is bruised from V-ball yesterday, my upper hamstrings were sore (right by my ass), and I didn't eat a very good dinner last night so I was pretty underfueled, but I got up and got this run in so I wouldn't have to worry about it later.
My foot doesn't bother me while running/in shoes, so I guess that's a good thing, hopefully it'll heal without needing to take any time.
