Ran after DnD and I was surprised this didn't suck a lot, got into a pretty good rhythm for the first time since the marathon. First 3 miles were 21 minutes, slowed down a bit after that... also I think 33 laps is a little bit farther than 4 miles, but it's by less than 10s.
