Notes
Workout was 2x (4 on, 2 off, 3 on, 1.5 off, 2 on, 3 off) and 6x(1 minute on 45 seconds off)
The 4's and first 3 were prescribed at 5k pace, everything else we were supposed to push to ~3k pace (we were really supposed to get after this workout.
Pat and I both warmed up not feeling great, so we started back with the 2nd group, but by the end of the first 3 we had opened up a gap and were feeling pretty good (or at least were in too deep so we couldn't slow down then), so we just kept pushing through.
Coach liked what he saw from us, I'm hoping by Westfield in 3 weeks I'll be able to make an impact on the varsity team.
