Notes

This workout went well all things considered. I kept the 5:20 pace, and then found some speed on the 400's.

My quads have felt kinda sore and tired the past couple days, but they don't feel any worse after the workout. Just below my right knee, I think where the petellar tendon attaches, was a little sensitive and didn't like bending after driving back to Worcester, should keep an eye on it.
