600's were supposed to be @5k pace, 400's @3k, and 200's @mile, so yeah, I probably ran this a bit harder than prescribed, but I felt good, focused on staying smooth, and this was a good first workout.

Found myself on an island for most of the workout, eventually I'll find a group that I can work with a bit better.

Greater Boston, I started running with Greg towards the end of Octoberish, he works right down the street.

...But they don't have old college rivals that I can workout with. :) It was a tough decision, but being able to carpool the hour drive to practice was pretty big. I just ran away from the sub-group I started with because I'm in better shape than I thought.
