600's were supposed to be @5k pace, 400's @3k, and 200's @mile, so yeah, I probably ran this a bit harder than prescribed, but I felt good, focused on staying smooth, and this was a good first workout.
Found myself on an island for most of the workout, eventually I'll find a group that I can work with a bit better.
