last run of 2019? I guess it doesn't matter much.
It's official, no PRs in 2019, two PT stints, one knocking me out for a good while.
I should focus on the rock climbing, and seeing a lot of cool places this year, Germany, Nashville.
I have great friends, and 2019 was a good year. I'm continuing to learn and grow as a person. I will come back to this running thing.
